Meet the Founder

Girls Who Eat (GWE) was started by Jamie Koll, a certified health coach, functional supplement specialist, educational influencer, ingredient expert, and angel investor whose chronic disease diagnosis inspired her work and research into ingredients and clean, non-toxic living.

In 2019, Jamie earned her health coaching certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and began using her platform to share knowledge and empower others on their health journeys.

Every product we consider is investigated at the ingredient level before it earns a place on GWE.
